Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience Requirements Experience assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured products using hand and power tools. Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation. Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail. Ability to accurately use measuring devices and maintain quality standards. Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and productivity. Physical Capabilities Assemble automotive mirror components following written and visual work instructions.

Must be able to read letters and numbers Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
