Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
2nd
Shift: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Looking for Assembly jobs in Duncan where teamwork and steady production make a difference? This opportunity lets you assemble products, inspect finished work, and help keep factory operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently.
This opportunity is based on a Factory Assembly Worker career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.
Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read letters and numbers and follow written and visual work instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Assemble automotive mirror components according to work instructions
- Operate basic assembly equipment and hand tools
- Maintain assembly line cycle times to meet production goals
- Rotate between workstations as needed
- Perform quality inspections and complete production documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S practices
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets
- Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
- Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
- Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
