Duncan, SC Area Pride Staff - Greenville is seeking a focused and detail-oriented Kit Builder Associate for a light industrial facility in Duncan. In this role, you aren't just a number on a line—you are an integral part of the production process. You will work within a collaborative team to assemble components and build kits with accuracy. Because this role does not require strenuous heavy lifting, it is ideal for someone who excels at tasks requiring manual dexterity and consistent attention to detail.
Kit Builder Associate Primary
Responsibilities include:
- Team-Based Assembly:
Work closely with your team to assemble products and components according to specific work orders. - Process Rotation:
Maintain high energy and focus while rotating through various tasks within the production lifecycle to increase efficiency. - Quality Verification:
Conduct frequent visual inspections on parts and finished products to ensure they are defect-free before kitting. - Shipping Readiness:
Prepare and organize finished kits for shipment, ensuring they are labeled and packed correctly. - Continuous Improvement:
Identify and suggest areas of improvement to help the team increase production speed and quality. - Workplace Standards:
Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional work area at all times.
Kit Builder Associate Requirements include:
- Detail Focused:
High level of manual dexterity and the ability to work with small parts or complex kits. - Work Ethic: A positive "can-do" attitude and a proven track record of reliable daily attendance.
- Experience:
Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred, but we value a strong work ethic above all else. - Technical Aptitude:
Familiarity with basic assembly tools and the ability to follow multi-step instructions. - Pace:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where meeting daily production goals is key. - Physical Comfort:
Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and perform repetitive tasks (
