Kit Builder Associate for a light industrial facility in Duncan. Work within a collaborative team to assemble components and build kits with accuracy. No heavy lifting required.

• Team-Based Assembly:
  Work closely with your team to assemble products and components according to specific work orders.
• Process Rotation:
  Maintain high energy and focus while rotating through various tasks within the production lifecycle to increase efficiency.
• Quality Verification:
  Conduct frequent visual inspections on parts and finished products to ensure they are defect-free before kitting.
• Shipping Readiness:
  Prepare and organize finished kits for shipment, ensuring they are labeled and packed correctly.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Identify and suggest areas of improvement to help the team increase production speed and quality.
• Workplace Standards:
  Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional work area at all times.

• Detail Focused:
  High level of manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts or complex kits.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
