Salary: $27-$30/hour (Based on Experience)

Our client in the Upstate SC area is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and help drive productivity, quality, safety, and employee engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a supervisor from a CNC machining or precision manufacturing environment looking to join a stable and growing organization!
Whatyour future day will look like:
- Lead and supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals are achieved.
- Direct and develop production associates while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor workflow, staffing, and production schedules to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Partner with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
- Track and report departmental KPIs, including productivity, scrap, efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate training efforts and support employee development initiatives.
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities throughout the production area.
- Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

- 7+ years of production leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a CNC machining or precision manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of production scheduling, workflow management, and KPI tracking.
- Proven ability to lead teams, motivate employees, and drive performance improvements.
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing reporting systems.
