Utility Technician - Ethos Accessories & Components - Duncan, SC

We are seeking qualified candidates for both first-shift and second-shift openings.

Primarily responsible for supporting composite and machine shop operations and other activity required to support repair with the authority to carry out all assigned tasks.

• Support shop floor and individual cells by cleaning, quoting, washing, testing, blasting, masking, coating, screen/composite repair, painting, material handling and assembly and disassembly of parts for repair and other activity as required
• Follow all work instructions and complete all quality documentation as required
• Must be mentally coherent and free from the influence of drugs (either illegal or legally prescribed drugs that may cause impairment) while performing in the capacity of "safety-sensitive" duties/operations per FAA regulations
• Perform any additional tasks as required
• Ensure adherence to Safety Rules and Regulations
• Ensure high levels of housekeeping are maintained within work area

• Knowledge of company's policies and procedures

• Knowledge of test equipment (i.e. Dyno Test)
• Knowledge of machine shop theory, shop mathematics and measurement equipment
• Skilled in oral and written communication (English)
• Skilled in working with composite material
• Ability to read blue prints and job specific routers
• Ability to conduct proper part preparation including cleaning of parts
• Ability to organize workload to meet deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to analyze and solve problems

2 - 4 years' experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
