Key responsibilities may include:

* Washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning fresh vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients for salads, wraps, and catering orders.

* Food safety:

* Following proper food handling and sanitation practices, including proper storage and labeling of food items.

* Inventory management:

* Stocking kitchen stations with necessary ingredients and monitoring inventory levels.

* Cleanliness:

* Keeping the kitchen area clean and organized, including washing dishes, wiping down surfaces, and sweeping floors.

* Efficiency:

* Working quickly and accurately to meet production demands during peak hours.

* Teamwork:

* Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
