• Oversee all store operations, including inventory management and staff engagement.
• Conduct daily Guest Experience 360 assessments to ensure a successful store opening.
• Manage recruitment, training, and development of employees to maintain high standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean environment.
• Engage in local store marketing and build connections within the community.

• Completed training for all restaurant positions with certification.
• Serve Safe certification is a must.
• Previous management experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (90% of the shift).
• Frequent bending, stooping, and other physical activities required.
