Foreman
We are seeking a skilled Foreman to oversee welding, pipe fitting, and material handling tasks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in welding techniques, pipe fitting, and material handling, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities- Conduct welding tests on 3" sch. 10 Stainless Steel and pass a 2" carbon monster coupon in the 6G position.
- Perform GTAW (TIG) welding and additional testing in GMAW and FCAW on 6" carbon pipe in the 6G position.
- Read and interpret welding symbols and WPS documents accurately.
- Weld carbon steel and stainless steel with precision.
- Demonstrate proven experience in fitting carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy piping.
- Assist with pipe grinding, cutting, beveling, shipping, loading/unloading, and material handling using stand jacks, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Pass a 2" monster coupon test in the 6G position and perform root and fill to flush welding.
- Assist fitters with pipe and fitting preparation.
- Proficiency in GTAW (TIG), GMAW, and FCAW welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret welding symbols and WPS documents.
- Experience with welding carbon steel and stainless steel.
- Proven experience in fitting various types of piping including carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy.
- Capability to operate stand jacks, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts for material handling.
Skills & Qualifications
- Construction, installation, and fabrication experience.

This is a contract position based out of Duncan, SC.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
