Senior Product Designer: User-Centered, Impactful UX Lead

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, user needs, and develop effective product design solutions.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify user expectations, evaluate existing experiences, and support informed design decisions.
• Create and refine design concepts, user flows, prototypes, and interface designs to improve product usability and functionality.
• Develop and maintain design standards, reusable components, and documentation to ensure consistency across products.
• Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to support design implementation and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Review user feedback, performance data, and industry trends to recommend product enhancements and improve overall user experience.
• Apply design principles, accessibility practices, and industry best practices to deliver intuitive, scalable, and user-centered solutions.
