Machine Operator- Mill

We are seeking Production Workers for the SFA Department. The role offers an hourly wage, overtime opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package, including employee discounts on a broad range of products.

• Understand and follow written or verbal instructions accurately.
• Complete work with accuracy and efficiency.
• Cut full sheets of wood to size on a rear loaded panel saw.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform repetitive motions for extended periods.

• One year of production experience or similar in an assembly, carpentry, or detail‑oriented environment.
• Two to three years of work experience.
• Knowledge of safe work practices.
• Basic computer skills.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Math skills.
• Ability to read/write English.
• Ability to operate various tools.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Prolonged standing, stooping, and walking.
• May be required to frequently lift over 30–40 lbs.
• Overtime required, including some weekends.
• May be required to work a flexible schedule.

Shift 1 (United States of America) – Full time.
