We are seeking new team members to work in the Shipping Department on 1st shift. We offer hourly wage + OT + full benefit package. PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Truck Drivers are responsible for doing daily inspection of truck and keeping up with miles.
• Able to understand instructions whether they are written or verbal, and follow said instructions
• Complete work with accuracy and efficiency
• Drive 18 wheeler to offsite
• Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures
• On idle time or slow time they will have to help operate wood grinder

ESSENTIAL

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Must have a CDL license
• Ability to driver a Yard Dog
• Minimum of two years' experience in driving
• Read/Write/Speak English
• Knowledge of safe work practices
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Will Train
• Shipping/Receiving Experience
• Forklift Experience
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to read measuring instruments

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged sitting
• Must be able to frequently lift 40 - 50 lbs
• Overtime is required, including some weekends
• May be required to work a flexible schedule
