• Monitor patient health condition and record vital statistics to ensure treatment integrity.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement comprehensive care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor responses.
• Educate patients and families about health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Provide direct patient care based on individualized plans.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
• Handle emergency nursing interventions as required.
• Show skill in patient assessment and management of high acuity conditions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records.
• Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Active License as Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of practice.
• CPR certified.
• IV certification loved but not required.
