Attached to the Boutique Director, you are responsible for the excellence of the customer relationship and commercial performance, while embodying the image, codes, and cultural universe of the Baccarat House. A true expert ambassador, you create lasting relationships with demanding French and international clientele, offering a personalized, cultivated, and emotional experience, in service of the Maison's turnover and prestige.

You join the Ducasse-Baccarat flagship as an ambassador.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, in contact with demanding international clientele

- Excellent relational skills, ability to evolve with assurance in front of important clients (VIC, VVIC, Beyond Money)

- Impeccable savoir-être and posture, naturalness and elegance

- Developed team spirit, taste for collaboration and contribution to collective performance

- Strong sensitivity to art and culture, in line with the Baccarat universe

- Client orientation and constant demand for quality in the experience offered

- Perfect command of English, another language highly appreciated

- Comfortable with retail management tools (sales software, CRM)
