We’re looking for a Warehouse Teammate for our Duncanville, TX location.

Pay: $20 per hour.

About the role:

• Count, verify, and receive incoming vendor shipments and customer return material.
• Stock and maintain the warehouse; pick, document, and pack customer orders per company policy.
• Act with a high attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle shipping discrepancies per procedures or forward paperwork to appropriate employee.
• Identify nonstock, special‑order, and damaged material and store in proper locations.
• Complete documentation for customer shipments delivered via third‑party carriers.
• Load and unload trucks, operate warehouse forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
• Notify supervisor of stock depletions, count discrepancies, or damaged merchandise that may impact service levels.
• Ensure security and controls are in place to protect assets.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety; remove debris and report safety issues.
• Assist co‑workers in servicing customers.
• Perform all functions in accordance with company safety standards.
• Complete required safety and compliance training.
• Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned.

About you:

• 1 year warehouse receiving and material handling experience.
• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Sufficient high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and co‑workers.
• Knowledge of and adherence to warehouse safety precautions.
• Willingness to learn to operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to use computer‑related systems for warehouse operations.
• Proficient reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of English.
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with whole numbers, fractions, decimals).
