We are partnering with a growing company in the modular construction industry that is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their collaborative accounting team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and wants to build a well-rounded accounting career. Rather than being limited to one function, you'll gain exposure across multiple areas of accounting while taking on increasing responsibility as you grow within the organization.

• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Prepare journal entries and bank reconciliations
• Assist with customer setup, invoice coding, ACH/check runs, and corporate credit card reconciliations
• Support sales tax, fleet, and inventory accounting
• Provide cross-functional support across the accounting team
• Gradually take on additional month‑end close responsibilities and financial reporting

• General accounting experience
• Experience with an ERP system (any ERP is welcome)
• Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• A desire to learn, take ownership, and grow within the organization
• Industry experience in construction is required
