The Comptroller of Maryland, Revenue Administration Division is seeking Tax Season employees to perform Data Verification, Data Entry, Mail Opening, Prep functions, Scanning, Clerical duties and other related tasks. Scanning positions require constant standing and movement. Areas assigned may change based on division needs. Training will be provided. Positions will be available during Tax Filing Season. Must work in the Annapolis office Monday‑Friday full‑time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
- For education obtained outside the U.S., must provide proof of equivalent American education as determined by a foreign credential evaluation service. If you possess a degree obtained outside the United States, provide a detailed, course‑by‑course evaluation report from one of the U.S. equivalency evaluating members identified at http://(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below)..
Benefits
- Leave may be granted to a temporary employee who has worked 120 days in a 12‑month period. Leave accrues at a rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked, not to exceed 40 hours per calendar year.
