Part‑time PMO Financial Analyst

We seek a financial analyst who can learn to navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding to help our Army mission’s resources achieve maximum impact. In this role you will develop and execute a financial management strategy for Army projects, working closely with project managers and stakeholders.

• Assist with budgeting, contract deliverables, and subcontract management.
• Develop actionable financial plans to secure funding for Army projects.
• Apply laws, regulations, and policies to help clients create well‑formed requirements.
• Track funding usage and communicate status to project managers.
• Maintain accurate financial records and analysis in Excel.

• Experience with budgeting and tracking funding usage.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Clear, articulate communication with leadership or clients.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Nice to have: experience creating spreadsheets in Excel, knowledge of government contracting, and a rapid learning ability.

Salary range: $43,800.00 to $90,000.00 (annualized USD).
