We are seeking a sharp, forward-thinking, and tech-curious entry-level professional to help design
and scale our core business development infrastructure.
In this role, you will help build the
operational engine that drives our growth.
You will own the creation and continuous optimization of our "light-touch" knowledge architecture
and content generation systems. You will leverage enterprise Large Language Models (LLMs),
internal data repositories, and modern AI tooling to streamline how we package our capabilities,
respond to government solicitations, and manage our pipeline. We will fully train you on the
industry standards for business processes to ensure our processes align with government
procurement best practices; your goal will be to marry that proven framework with cutting-edge AI

Key Responsibilities & Tasks1. Knowledge Management & AI Workflow Design- Build, maintain, and continuously optimize our central repository of company data, past performance citations, technical snippets, and reusable content blocks.
- Deploy and refine LLM-driven workflows and prompt frameworks to rapidly synthesize company data into polished baseline outputs for business development and capture efforts.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and operational tools to eliminate manual bottlenecks across the growth team.
- Partner with the Chief Growth Officer to design, test, and document streamlined operational workflows across our entire BD lifecycle.
- Maintain ownership of our pipeline management processes, exercising the autonomy to evaluate, adjust, and re-engineer operational steps as the business scales.
- Track pipeline milestones, data hygiene, and operational metrics to ensure visibility across active opportunities.
- Interface directly with technical subject matter experts, program managers, and executive leadership to extract, catalog, and synthesize institutional knowledge.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and growth operations, translating complex engineering concepts into clear, structured, and reusable digital assets.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Systems Engineering, Data/Information Systems, Economics, Communications, or related fields.
- Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, custom GPTs) for research, data structuring, or content automation.
- Prior internship or project experience in business operations, management consulting, product management, or technical program support.
This is a full-time position with an annual salary range of $70,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience.
