Concrete Project Manager

The Encompass Group is partnering with an established commercial concrete contractor that has grown from a respected Baltimore-based operation into one of the region's premier concrete construction firms, serving projects throughout Washington, DC, Baltimore, Fredericksburg, and surrounding markets.

They are seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager to oversee commercial concrete construction projects ranging from $1.5M to $30M, with a primary focus on projects in the $6M-$10M range.

Projects include a wide variety of commercial concrete work throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, excluding industrial and tilt-up construction.

• Manage commercial concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and overall project execution
• Coordinate with field leadership, superintendents, clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure successful project delivery
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Monitor project costs, forecasting, and reporting
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Support and mentor Assistant Project Managers and field staff
• Contribute to the company's continued growth and operational excellence

• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• Commercial concrete construction experience preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with clients and field personnel
• Experience managing mid-sized to large commercial construction projects
• Self-motivated, organized, and solution-oriented
• Desire for long-term career growth within a stable and growing company
