About the RoleThey are seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager to oversee commercial concrete construction projects ranging from $1.5M to $30M, with a primary focus on projects in the $6M-$10M range.
This role is ideal for a motivated construction professional who is looking for long-term career growth, autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing organization. Projects include a wide variety of commercial concrete work throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, excluding industrial and tilt-up construction.
Responsibilities- Manage commercial concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and overall project execution
- Coordinate with field leadership, superintendents, clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure successful project delivery
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Monitor project costs, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Support and mentor Assistant Project Managers and field staff
- Contribute to the company's continued growth and operational excellence
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- Commercial concrete construction experience preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with clients and field personnel
- Experience managing mid-sized to large commercial construction projects
- Self-motivated, organized, and solution-oriented
