Key Responsibilities:- Assist with submittals, RFIs, and overall project documentation
- Support scheduling, material tracking, and procurement activities
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Help ensure quality control and compliance with project plans and specifications
- 1–5 years of experience in heavy civil or general construction
- Exposure to infrastructure or transportation projects is a plus
- Familiarity with construction documentation, scheduling, and project coordination
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
