Customer Service Rep, Bilingual
UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Visitor Screening Ambassador to greet patients and visitors, provide information, and coordinate basic services at the hospital entrance. You will work Monday through Friday with a 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM style schedule, handling many calls and coordinating patient flow in a high-traffic environment.
This role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and familiarity with medical terminology.
