Qualifications & Desired

Experience:

• Valid state certification in Special Education
• Experience working as a Special Education Teacher, particularly in school settings
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and other professionals
• Compassion, patience, and creativity in working with a variety of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and deliver IEPs in accordance with legal and school requirements
• Adjust and differentiate instruction to align with each student's strengths and challenges
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers and support staff
