Catalent is seeking a Reliability Engineering Manager for our Harmans, MD site. The role leads the Equipment Reliability Program, driving preventive/predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and non-destructive testing to enhance plant reliability.
You will partner with production, maintenance, and MS&T to reduce downtime and optimize asset performance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in reliability engineering, strong RCA/FMEA/Six Sigma experience, and excellent communication.
