Role Description

The Branch Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the designated branch, ensuring excellent client service, and developing strategies to meet financial goals. This full-time on-site role is based in Laurel, MD. Key responsibilities include managing and coaching branch staff, driving business development and community engagement initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of teamwork.

The Branch Leader will also build strong relationships with clients and work to enhance branch productivity and profitability.

Qualifications
  • Leadership and Team Management skills to guide and mentor branch staff effectively
  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service expertise to deliver an excellent client experience
  • Business Development and Sales abilities to drive branch performance and growth
  • Knowledge of Financial Products and Banking Services, with an understanding of regulatory compliance
  • Strong Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Communication and Interpersonal skills for both internal team interaction and external client engagement
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial targets is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
