- Develop proposals in response to customer requests as part of a team
- Prepare proposals in compliance with applicable government regulations and internal policies
- Present proposal recommendations to management
- Prepare certified cost and pricing data packages
- Support proposal audits and negotiations with customers
- Support Missile products and business unit activities as part of the PS&C Pricing & Estimating team
- High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related experience, or a Master’s degree with 0 years of related experience
- Experience in pricing, finance, contracts, business and/or business operations
- Ability to prioritize effectively and complete work timely in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Advanced Excel skills highly preferred
- Prior Price Estimating experience preferred
- Experience with Pro Pricer preferred
- Experience with Cost/Price Analysis preferred
Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other U.S. Federal Government contracting regulations preferred - Analytical, presentation, organizational, time management, multitasking, self-motivation, and teamwork capabilities
- U.S. Citizenship is required for positions with a government clearance
Demonstrates expertise in proposal development, pricing analysis, and compliance with government regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in business operations, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
