The Commercial Loan Administrator III will be responsible for all related loan closing matters which include but are not limited to completing a pre-closing review of the loan and credit file.
Review and interpret all related legal documentation for completeness and accuracy. Act as a liaison between the bank attorneys, Loan Officers, and all other related third parties to coordinate and facilitate the loan closing.
- Coordinating loan closings with Loan Officers, bank attorneys and all other related third parties, which includes but is not limited to: clearing completed loan files for closing, preparing the documentation checklist, confirming that any outstanding documents needed to close a loan have been collected, preparing tax and insurance escrow analysis when required and verifying escrow to be collected, review and confirm insurance certificates have adequate coverage including flood and content policies, and reviewing loan documentation prior to closing.
- Scheduling pre-closing meetings with Loan Officers.
- Preparing in-house and Laser Pro loan documents for commercial transactions, to include modifications and renewals.
- Processing loan funding in accordance with the loan conditions. To include, but not limited to, construction loans and margined lines of credit.
- Managing post-closing document exceptions.
- Assisting the Loan Officer in the collection of financial documents related to their loan portfolio.
- 7 or more years of Commercial Loan Administration or equivalent years of related work.
- Knowledge and experience with Sold and Purchased Participation Loan closings.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Laser Pro software.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of credit and Customer information.
- Good interpersonal skills and team orientation.
- Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.
