Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a critical force in identifying and securing top-tier talent across our ROI manufacturing and assembly operations as well as our Dundalk and Dublin offices. Your strategic approach and operational expertise will ensure the right people are in place to keep our production moving and our business growing. You’ll also act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across People and Operations, continuously improving our approach to recruiting in an ever‑evolving and scaling environment.
WhatYou'll be Doing
Own and lead end‑to‑end recruitment for all office and site‑based roles, delivering a strategic, data‑driven talent acquisition approach aligned to short‑ and long‑term business objectives. Partner closely with hiring managers, operations, and People teams to forecast workforce needs, advise on market conditions and best practice, build proactive talent pipelines, and manage high‑volume and specialist hiring across manufacturing, engineering, skilled trades, and decarbonisation.
Drive employer branding, passive sourcing, and external partnerships while optimising recruitment processes, systems, and AI‑enabled tools to improve speed, quality, and compliance. Track and analyse recruitment KPIs, coach hiring managers and junior recruiters, ensure fair and consistent selection, support onboarding and development alignment, and continuously improve scalable hiring solutions within regulated environments.
