The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company is seeking a motivated Recruiting Intern to support campus and early-talent recruiting in Baltimore/Towson, MD. This in-person internship offers exposure to talent acquisition, HR, marketing, analytics, and campus programs.
You'll assist with ATS data, reporting, candidate screening, onboarding tasks, and internship program coordination while working closely with a Senior Recruiting Coordinator and a team of recruiters.
