A technical, hands‑on role where you will:

• Serve as the critical onsite technical authority inside secure facilities (SCIFs), maintaining the health and stability of edge deployments.
• Manage, upgrade, and configure production software and hardware across multi‑week customer testing cycles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system anomalies under air‑gapped constraints by analyzing complex system and application logs.
• Build and deploy automated installation procedures to ensure consistent reliability across software upgrades.
• Act as the essential loop, feeding technical onsite operational insights directly back to core software engineers.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with full eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Strong hands‑on experience administering and configuring Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems.
• Demonstrated history of hardening production operating systems using DISA STIGs and DoD security regimes.
• Proficient writing automation scripts and configuring deployment plays with Ansible, Bash, or Python.
• Ability to drive locally to customer locations in Waldorf, MD for test events (estimated local travel 25% to 50%).

• Active U.S. Secret or TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting Kubernetes cluster life cycles.
• Familiarity with cloud‑native deployment automation using Terraform.
