Logistics Coordination
Join the Engineering and Technology (E&T) Team at Patuxent River, Maryland to support production, operations, and logistics processes in a team‑based F‑35 aircraft environment.
Responsibilities- Perform activities in cross‑functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, and material management.
- Facilitate self‑directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas, conduct special interest projects, and interact with internal and external customers regarding product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.
- Operate in logistics and operations areas including Logistics Operations, Support Equipment, Tool Room, and Supply Chain Management.
- Work all shifts, including overtime and weekends, and work 4x10‑hour days with 3 days off per week.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in support equipment, tool room, and warehouse procedures.
- Experience working in an aviation‑related environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and skilled at managing spreadsheets.
- US citizenship; minimal interim Secret clearance, and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience with logistics or property databases (ALIS, IFS) or equivalent logistics databases.
- Working knowledge of barcode reader usage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Tool Control, FOD Control, Supply, HAZMAT, Training, Quality, and Security programs.
- Self‑starter, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
- Common aircraft maintenance control experience.
Position requires a government security clearance. Candidates must be US citizens and hold at minimum an Interim Secret clearance, with eligibility to obtain a Secret Security clearance.

Annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 – $130,180. The salary range for other states will reflect the location of the role.
