Store Director | Maryland Cannabis Dispensary

We're partnering with a growing cannabis operator in Maryland that's looking for an experienced Store Director to lead one of its flagship dispensaries. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on developing teams, creating accountability, and building a culture where both employees and customers have an exceptional experience.

This role goes well beyond day-to-day store operations. You'll own the overall performance of the dispensary, leading everything from team development and compliance to inventory strategy, merchandising, promotions, and community engagement.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing dispensary team while fostering a positive, accountable culture.
• Help build out a scaleable operations playbook at the company expands into new markets
• Drive store performance through strong operational execution and exceptional customer experience.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, merchandising, and product availability.
• Ensure strict compliance with all Maryland cannabis regulations and company SOPs.
• Partner with marketing on in-store promotions, vendor events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement action plans that drive results.

• Prior leadership experience managing a licensed cannabis dispensary

• Additional leadership experience in traditional retail environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of cannabis retail operations, compliance, inventory control, and purchasing.
• Experience planning and executing retail promotions, events, and merchandising initiatives.
• A hands-on leader who enjoys coaching, developing talent, and creating a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Someone who leads with integrity, communicates effectively, and inspires their team to perform at a high level.
