DescriptionTeam Overview: The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on-site teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem-solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Role Overview: Due to continued growth we wish to integrate an Electrical Assembly Supervisor to support our mechanical assembly production, in our assembly facility located in Dundalk. This post is a permanent position and offers amazing opportunities for any successful candidate who wishes to gain experience within a progressive and dynamic company. The role will be based in Dundalk to ensure works and procedures are being carried out in a timely manner.
We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who can supervise, delegate work accordingly and support Project Managers on progress and advancements. Part of the role as Electrical Assembly Supervisor will be to manage electrical assembly teams and subcontractors, monitoring of queries and non-conformances.

Senior Production Manager
- Coordinate with project management through regular meetings to track progress and programmes.
- Oversee the setup and safe startup of the assembly area.
- Supervise daily electrical installation operations to meet production, quality, and safety standards.
- Plan and allocate resources, set clear objectives and target dates.
- Provide hands-on support and lead, coach, and develop assembly teams to achieve performance goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor KPIs.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain to resolve issues.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure RAMS compliance.
- Attend site meetings to maintain project readiness.
- Undertake any additional duties as required by management.
