Job DescriptionWe are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Nursing Graduates (LPN/RN) to provide nursing services in Baltimore, Prince George's, and Charles County, Maryland. The role includes day, evening, and night shifts with part‑time and full‑time hours. Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
Essential Job Functions- Responsible for safe and effective delivery of quality patient home care including taking and interpreting vital signs, administering medications, providing personal hygiene care, etc.
- Communicate with RN supervisor to assess, plan, provide, and evaluate patient care in a manner that maximizes safe and effective delivery of home nursing services.
- Implement care to prevent or reduce risk and to achieve expected outcomes.
- Report and document nursing care given and patient response, recognizing any alterations in patient needs and intervening accordingly.
- Serve as a patient and family advocate, demonstrating respect for the privacy and rights of the patient and family in the implementation of the care plan.
- Prepare and utilize equipment and materials efficiently and cost effectively.
- Demonstrate personal and professional accountability.

- Must have 1 year of pediatric nursing experience within the last 3 years (preferred); nursing graduates are welcome with training available.
- Pass the agency's medication exam with a score of 80% or higher.
- Current, unrestricted nursing license in the jurisdiction in which you are working.
- Background check with no criminal history.
