Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP/CRNP) – Primary Care | Full-Time | Mount Airy, MD – Life Bridge Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient primary care practice in Mount Airy, Maryland. This hospital-employed opportunity offers a collaborative, team-based environment to work with board-certified Family Medicine physicians and experienced APPs to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

• 100% outpatient primary care – no inpatient responsibilities
• No weekend or holiday clinic hours
• Telephone call only with a 1:10 call schedule
• Collaboration with experienced Family Medicine physicians and APPs
• Modern, state-of-the-art medical pavilion with on-site specialty services
• Ambient AI documentation technology to reduce charting time
• Supportive leadership focused on quality patient care

• Base salary: $110,000–$130,000

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Active Maryland CRNP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or appropriate Primary Care certification
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient Primary Care experience preferred
• Excellent communication, clinical, and collaborative skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
