Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $ Base+Commission/year

The Arch Telecom’s Retail Store Manager (RSM) leads a retail team to bring the brand to life. The RSM demonstrates brand values, creates energy and excitement, and focuses on customer needs. The RSM guides the team in a fast‑paced, fun environment, building meaningful connections and recommending device and service solutions.

• Help customers resume their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in store.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to new store programs and initiatives.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Maintain an exceptional store environment.
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, services and device accountability.
• Complete trainings on in‑store experience, new skills, processes, systems and reference resources.
• Build relationships and partner with employees across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues, and hand off small business leads.
• Develop strong peer relationships and support company success.

• Leadership experience and competitive drive in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Willingness to lead the team, share best practices, and resolve customer issues.
• Experience managing operational, financial and performance aspects.
• Excellent communication skills with team and customers.
• Prior wireless sales experience.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Wireless sales experience.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
  
  Full‑time availability (45 hours).
