  Strive for a minimum of 2 net sales per month—your success is our success!
• Be the Face of Caruso:
  Welcome clients with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a “We Care” attitude.
• Guide the Journey:
  Assist customers in selecting their home site, house plan, and options, and support them through the loan application process.

  Ensure our model homes and communities are always beautifully presented and open for tours.

  Prepare contracts, addenda, and selections accurately and on time.
