Empower Home Team is growing fast in Maryland and offers agents a steady stream of qualified appointments. Our Inside Sales Agent (ISA) team generates and pre‑screens leads so that you can focus 100% on meeting clients, building relationships, and closing homes.

Compensation

Responsibilities
  • Meet with qualified buyers and sellers from company‑provided appointments (no cold calling required).
  • Guide clients through the home buying and selling process with professionalism, expertise, and care.
  • Use proven scripts, training, and systems to convert appointments into signed client agreements.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to secure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication to ensure a smooth, stress‑free transaction experience.
  • Partner with our administrative, marketing, and transaction teams to keep deals organized and on track.
  • Follow up with leads quickly to maximize conversion rates and build long‑term relationships.
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings to sharpen skills and stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications
  • Active Maryland Real Estate License (required).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Goal‑oriented, coachable, and driven to achieve top‑level results.
  • Comfortable using real estate technology, CRM systems, and online tools to manage clients and transactions.
