Day Brook Kitchen & Bath is a growing leader in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We are looking for enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors / Event Demonstrators to represent our brand at local events, trade shows, and community gatherings throughout the Baltimore market and surrounding areas

As the face of Day Brook Kitchen & Bath at events, you will engage with attendees, introduce them to our remodeling solutions, and help generate qualified leads for our sales team.

- Provide basic information about our bath remodeling products and services
- Explain product features, benefits, and available solutions
- Capture customer information and schedule in-home consultations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth presentation
- Submit collected leads and appointment information to the Event Coordinator
The ideal candidate is:
- Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable speaking with new people
- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Positive, energetic, and professional
- Comfortable working independently in a busy event setting
- Reliable and dependable with strong attendance
- Interested in representing a quality brand and creating great customer experiences
- Customer service, sales, marketing, or event experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation to attend scheduled events
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Availability to work weekends as needed
