Regional Sales Manager - Fire Protection

Job Description

Location: Rockville, MD. Hybrid schedule (2 day in-office, 3 days on the road or WFH)
Salary: $130,000–$150,000 + Monthly Commissions + Quarterly/Yearly Bonuses

We're seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive growth across commercial fire protection, security, and life safety services. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales leader who enjoys coaching teams, building client relationships, and growing revenue.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of inside and outside sales representatives.
• Drive sales growth across fire inspections, security systems, and installation projects.
• Manage regional sales goals, forecasts, and pipeline activity.
• Develop key customer relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Coach team members through ride-alongs, pipeline reviews, and sales training.
• Utilize CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar) to track performance and opportunities.
• Partner with operations and marketing to support business growth.

• 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in a service, construction, or trades industry.
• Experience leading both inside and outside sales teams.
• Strong track record of exceeding sales goals and developing successful teams.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar CRM systems.
• Ability to travel throughout the region as needed.
• Experience in fire protection, security, life safety, or related industries is a plus.
