Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific access procedures, verifying credentials, and supporting security-related policies at the location.;
Monitor entry and exit points, screen visitors and deliveries, maintain visitor logs and/or access records, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.;
Help to deter unauthorized access, support traffic and gate activity, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors regarding site rules, restricted areas, and reporting procedures.
