Salary: $88,000 – $155,000

Dalcom Engineering is currently seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support a team focused on mission‑critical research, development, systems engineering, and modernization efforts for the U.S. Army.

• Administer and support daily operational requirements of computer network systems, including workstations, file servers, and web servers.
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, network accounts, and security tools.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and implement network security measures such as firewalls, anti‑virus, and intrusion detection systems.
• Design, update, and manage web pages and local system documentation.
• Monitor system configuration, performance, and security, ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards.
• Train staff on relevant software and provide technical assistance to users.
• Assist with the development and enforcement of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Cyber Work Force (CWF) directives and maintain required certifications as applicable.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems. (Advanced degree preferred)
• 3+ years of professional experience in systems administration
• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Security Clearance.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing large, multi‑year programs or projects.
• Experience with DoD standards, compliance, and modular open systems approaches is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple technical priorities.
