Automotive R&I Technician
Dent Wizard, a leader in automotive reconditioning services, is seeking an Automotive R&I Technician to remove and install light‑duty body parts and panels. The role involves detailed inspection, removal, documentation, re‑assembly, and reporting of equipment issues in a clean environment.
Responsibilities- Review each order and work order notes to understand repairs needed.
- Perform initial removal of assigned parts from vehicle.
- Document labor time on work order as it is completed.
- Review work order and ensure all repair items are completed.
- Re‑assemble painted vehicle and painted parts.
- Report any equipment problems or failures to management immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- 1+ year body repair experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, and climb regularly.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity and repetitive motion tasks.
- Frequent exposure to toxic chemicals and moderate noise level.
- Willingness to wear protective equipment when required.
The starting compensation is expected to be $18.00–$20.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution), paid vacation, and more.
