The Role

Reporting to the Customer Account Manager and based on the Gold Coast
, the Service Supervisor leads a team of Technicians and Apprentices, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality HVAC service delivery to VAE customers across the Gold Coast
.

This is the ideal role for an experienced Mechanical Service Technician. Whether you have experience as a team leader, or you are ready to start leading a team – we want to hear from you.
We're looking for someone who enjoys developing others as much as solving technical problems
—guiding technicians, sharing knowledge and driving accountability for customer service, KPIs and quality administration.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Technicians and Apprentices across HVAC service and maintenance activities
• Provide technical guidance and support
• Deliver safe, high-quality service outcomes
• Ensure KPIs, timesheets and job documentation are completed accurately
• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships
• Prepare reports, quotations and technical documentation

You're an experienced Technician who leads by example, holds high standards and knows that great service is built on both technical excellence and strong team performance.

You will also have:

• HVAC trade qualifications with strong service and maintenance experience
• Experience leading, mentoring or coaching technicians (advantageous)
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• A focus on safety, quality, accountability and team performance
• Current ARCTick, Restricted Electrical, White Card, QBCC Mechanical Services Licence and Driver's Licence
