Senior Journeyman Plumber

Constellation Energy seeks a Senior Journeyman Plumber to deliver expert plumbing service across residential and light commercial customers. In this field-based role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and gas and water lines while ensuring code compliance and safety. You'll recommend water- and energy-efficient solutions that support sustainability goals, mentor junior technicians, and collaborate with a diverse, innovative team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial plumbing systems, including fixtures, piping, water heaters, and gas lines
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and code-compliant installations to ensure system reliability and safety
• Respond to service calls, troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, and provide clear repair recommendations to customers
• Coordinate with dispatch and project teams to schedule work, document service activities, and maintain accurate records
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to execute plumbing work aligned with utility and energy-efficiency standards
• Advise customers on water- and energy-saving plumbing solutions that support Constellation Energy's sustainability goals
• Use appropriate tools, test equipment, and safety procedures to complete work in compliance with local and national codes
• Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices to build technical capability and safe work practices
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory to ensure readiness and professional presentation at customer sites
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and upgrades that enhance overall energy infrastructure
