Melwood is seeking a Development Coach to support individuals in a Day Habilitation program across Upper Marlboro and Waldorf, MD. This full-time role offers 40 hours weekly with full benefits, working Monday through Friday at $18.50 per hour.
You will implement individualized plans, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, document progress, and promote independence and community integration for participants.
