Job Title
CNO Analyst/Programmer 2 – Software Developer (Full-Time, On-site)
Responsibilities- Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments, UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments, or embedded or mobile platform development using proprietary, GOTS, or open‑source build environments.
- Provide or author documentation and participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews in accordance with the Government’s software development procedures and processes.
- Design and develop end‑to‑end data flow and tasking for CNO tools.
- Provide or author technical presentations on assigned projects.
- U.S. citizenship and a current security clearance (TS/SCI with agency‑appropriate polygraph).
- 2 years of experience for candidates with a master’s degree, or 4 years of experience for candidates with a bachelor’s degree.
- Eight additional years of experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, or network engineering).
- Programming in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
- Experience with CNO tools and techniques, network socket programming and packet‑level programming, including a strong understanding of IP, TCP, and application‑level protocols.
- Software development experience in one or more of the following platforms:
Windows (.NET, Visual Studio), Unix/Linux (make), or embedded/mobile environments.
- Eligible for a $5,000 bonus and automatic 20% contribution to a Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) IRA.
- Generous PTO plan of up to 200 hours annually, with flexible allocation.

- Hourly pay range: $81.41–$110.25 per hour (subject to government contract rates, education, experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location).
