Position: Cyber RF Software Engineer Staff

You will work with cybersecurity experts on the forefront of threat protection and proactive prevention in a fast-paced, real-world environment.

Responsibilities

As a Cyber RF Software Engineer Senior Staff, you will:

  • Lead one or more software development teams, ensuring high quality and adherence to the development process.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering their growth and skill development.
  • Consult and analyze user requirements, translating them into software designs and performance requirements.
  • Design and code new software or modify existing code to add new features.
  • Debug and correct defects in existing software, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
  • Recommend improvements for documentation and software development process standards.
  • Integrate existing software into new or modified systems, requiring deep understanding of C++, Kubernetes, Python 3.0, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Apply Agile sprint development methodologies across various projects involving Digital Signal Processing and RF technologies.
Basic Qualifications
  • Active US Security clearance with polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with a DSP focus from an accredited institution.
  • Equivalency: MS in Engineering/CS + 2 years experience OR 4 years DSP experience + high school diploma.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience developing DSP algorithms on projects that follow established software processes.
  • Minimum 7 years of professional programming experience using C++, Linux, Python (or comparable languages).

Annual Salary Range

For California, Massachusetts, New York (excluding major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC: $128,200 – $225,975 (excluding most major metropolitan areas). For other states the range will reflect final work location.
