Captivation is seeking software developers who can deliver high‑quality solutions while supporting the mission to protect our country. We are looking for a senior level software engineer focused primarily on backend web services with some functional UI experience.
DescriptionCaptivation Software is looking for a senior level software engineer to capture, track, manage, report, broker, and enrich current and historical metadata for mission analytic workflow processes. We are looking for a strong full‑stack software developer with functional UI experience but primarily focused on backend web services and servers.
Requirements Security Clearance- Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph; candidates must be a U.S. citizen.
- Twenty (20) years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Four (4) years of software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with open‑source integrations and tools such as AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, Rancher, Tomcat, Spring, and JMS.

- Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (depends on years of experience)
