Operations Coordinator

• Respond to customer service inquiries concerning account activities, priorities, and status.
• Open, close, and reconcile production work orders.
• Prioritize and assign work orders for completion to appropriate employees.
• Coordinate account activities, priorities, and status with manufacturing personnel and Third Party Logistics Provider.
• Track inbound parts and equipment and forecast incoming volume.
• Maintain equipment inventory, tracking, location, status, organization, and billing systems.
• Enter product receipts and picks into inventory management system; verify accuracy of information.
• Perform reporting and analyze results to management and customers.
• Cross-train and perform other administrative functions including dispatching of parts/equipment and printing BOLs.

• One year of experience in customer service and inventory control procedures preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to interface with customers and employees.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency at an intermediate level in MS Excel and a working knowledge of MS Windows and Word.
